After 3 months, Eli has grown and developed so much. He has learned how to make somewhat purposeful noises, smile at his parents (and people he doesn't even know) when they smile at him, hold on to things, support some of his weight on his legs, and think about rolling over. He's doubled his birthweight (well, almost... he was 13lb, 14oz at his checkup on Wednesday). But, in addition to all that, he's just so much cooler... I mean, look at the before/after photos...

Social Butterfly
Eli went to hang out friend friends and family in South Florida again this weekend. I'm not sure how grandpa managed to get him to look like he's holding the bottle himself, but he's not.
Here's a nice unique Eli-face while Uncle Josh says hello
Liam and his friend Cameron came up to visit while we were there. Eli shows them his Buddha impression.
Okay, lets see... Eli is shocked and appalled that we are sharing his alligator toy with his LSU supporting cousin... and Liam trys to difuse the situation by doing an Elvis impession...

Snugly
Michelle went back to work part time this week, and Eli wasn't quite sure what to think about that. I'm pretty sure it's more traumatic for mom, but she's only gone three days a week, and one day Eli stays with dad.
... which means dad gets a little more time alone with Eli now, it looks like he is somewhat comforted by that fact. I'm beginning the think he doesn't appreciate hugs as much as we like to hug him
Okay, so this is another video of Eli talking to me. Unrelated, but worth it.

Eli wants your attention
Eli wants everyones attention. We try to keep him entertained. Right now he's very friendly after eating and sometimes when waking up from a nap. Of course, as soon as we figure something out about him, he changes. Its really an amazing process to witness and be a part of. Times like this are just the highlights.
